About Us

Welcome to our
Beach Paradise!

We are the Williams Family, Robert (Dad), Susie (Mom), Justin, Cody & Jake. We live in PCB, year round.

In the winter of 2020 we fell in love with a view in the tallest building in the Florida Panhandle. We knew then, with a bald eagle sitting on the balcony railing (yes an actual, wild, bald eagle), it was meant to be ours. It needed some serious updates and we have put our all into making 3018 our little slice of heaven..

Susie, did the design, Robert the construction and all of the kiddos pitched in on the painting.

We truly hope you love our condo and PCB as much as we do. Make sure you read through everything. We are local so if you need something we are only a text away.

But it looked like this. The glass doors were foggy, obscuring the million dollar view, the carpet stained, the tiles broken. The yellow and red color scheme was not something we were a fan of and most of the furniture was significantly damaged.

But we fell in love with this view. It was the only one bedroom in all of our searching that was a corner unit.

We knew it would take a lot of time, and money, and sweat to make her ours but we could see her potential.
